Can I downgrade my plan later?
Yes. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your logs remain accessible for 30 days after downgrade.
How does the request limit work?
Limits reset on the 1st of each month. Pro accounts automatically queue overflow requests for up to 48 hours instead of dropping them.

Where is my webhook data stored?
All traffic is encrypted in transit and at rest. Data is hosted in Frankfurt (AWS eu-central-1) to comply with EU data residency requirements.
